**Make-Up Class Policy**

Make-up tokens are loaded onto your account at the beginning of January, April, July, and October. It must be used in that three-month period and can only be used for the class it is assigned to. Tokens are only valid when actively enrolled in a class. The absence must occur before using the token. If Aim HI has to cancel a class, a make-up token will also be added to your account.
